On the 30th December 2013 we called Satandard Bank HomeLoan regarding the R1000 extra we have putting towards our bond for -6-7 months, we were saving the money so that we can use it towards ours kids schooling in Januaray, we were told by standard bank we need to open an access account in order to have excess to our savings and we did open an account and we ere told we can transfer our available savings to our access account and when we did that we got a massage to contact our branch on th 6 January 2014 we called Standard Bank homeloan and told them we can not transfer our funds to access account we were told by Standard bank Agent that we can olny have excess to our money if my husband salary is paid into Standard bank account, we told them we don't want to bank with them, if that was the procedure they were suppose to inform us before hand, or we can apply for a loan towards our money and we did apply for a loan but it declined, as a result we didn't get our money and we were told they can't help us, I told them this is my money I have saving for my 3 kids for January and I can't wait for month end for my salary to be paid into standard bank account. Please help.
