I have been a loyal nedbank customer since I opened my first account but today their service was shocking. My wife needed to open a new account so we got up nice and early and prepaid the necessary documents. We got to the bank at 8:30 by 9:30 we were still waiting when our turn finally came we were told sorry wrong documents after an hour waiting you tell me now!! Bullish! t, I walked straight out and into FNB wow now there is customer service within 5min we were being helped our docs were checked and hey you know what they were all fine and I'm now opening an account there oh and I'll probably switch my accounts too. So thank you nedbank for sending me to a bank with real service.
