I recently opened another account with Nedbank. I usually hate going into any bank because of the queues and the general waiting. But this time my experience was a much different and very pleasant one!
The lady who helped me open my account was so friendly and took time explaining all the different accounts to me and which one would serve me best. I really felt like she cared about my needs personally. I was pleasantly surprised at the great service I received from Nedbank Ermelo and am so glad that I decided to open my account with them.
Thank you Nedbank and specifically Thandeka for making a difference in my banking experience and turning my attitude around towards going into a branch!
