Not concerned that my business account is "frozen"

I open my business account with Nedbank after having a terrible experience with another bank. Nedbank assured me they were different! Well, they.
I opened the account with all relevant documents, including a account with my details on it- for FICA. I waited until my checque card had arrived at the bank before closing the other bank account and then deposited the other banks cheque into my Nedbank account. The teller queried about having a invoice or statement so that the could FICA my details. I told them that I had supplied it when opening the account to one of the consultants. He went to check with them and they verified that they just needed to send it to the relevant department. I thought all was OK. On Thursday last week, I tried to pay and account and my card was rejected. I thought there was something wrong with terminal. I realised I could not pay EFT. I went o bank Tuesday morning to inquire, was told I needed to send through more account/ statements to verify my acc. I sent these and asked them to prioritise this. I have had no feedback since. I have phoned about 5 times- no response. My account is frozen and I have accounts to pay, wages etc. Nedbank don't give a..
