Bad service and Bad Attitude

My friends and I have a society and we wanted to open a Club account so that we can save our money with Nedbank. The service we received was shocking Peaceful took almost 1hr 30 minutes to assist us with the account and we had all the documents that he had requested on Monday with us. He then informs us that he cannot open the or create the account due to the fact that it takes 3-4 hours to create an account. Really a Big bank like Nedbank has systems that are even slower that Post Bank I am really shocked. We then left the documents and he advised that he will call us back once he had created the acc. Did he call No. He did not call us. We then had to call him and were told that he was busy, when we finally got ahold of him he advised that our documents were incomplete. So at the time we were at Nedbank he could figure this out, that we do not have all the documents. The way he spoke to us was very, very unprofessional and the so called manager that we finally spoke to was also rude and arrogant and advised that she will call us back. Has she called back? Mhm NO, she did not. Nedbank I want my ClubAC opened and I want it opened now and please take your staff for soft skills training
