New customer? You mean nothing to us!

I walk into Nedbank with the intent of opening an account, I fill out the waiting form document at 10:08. I take a seat and wait my turn.

During the 30 minutes I spent waiting there, a few other customers come in and fill in the form. Yet to my dismay, they were helped first. The only reason they were helped first is because they are existing customers.

After watching _THREE_ existing customers who arrived after me get helped first. I just left the bank.

I was going to open an account at Nedbank, keyword being "was".
