I opened a Just save account with nedbank i was told that they will sent documents. They never sent documents to activate the account but deducted the money from my bank account. As per the savings i can give notice and get the money immediately i called the contact centre spoke to Tina who is so incompetent who is not very helpful and still have a bad attitude. she told me to hold on as there is a restriction i asked for the manager Vennessa who said its fine when i told her i will close my account. i am shocked with the service that i received from Nedbank. i mean how can they deduct money if documents is required to open the account now it's my fault. i am disappointed in the service i am hardly 3 months with them and already get this if that is how nedbank treats their clients than i don't want to be a part of them.
