Inconvenience of having a nedbank account

I opened an account on the 5th of September, initially i applied on the internet prior to that date, it took almost a week or two to eventually open an account. i went to the branch after submitting everything via email. i signed the documents and got the card. One of the things I required was an internet banking facility, which i get charged monthly for it, it was not activated. i subsequently got a message, about two weeks later that i should contact the bank because my FICA docs are outstanding. i called the bank and they said they will ask the branch or Menlyn business center to contact me, I am still waiting. i then went to the branch where i got my internet sorted that is almost three weeks after opening the account. I asked the banker about the docs message and she told me the docs have been sent and I should ignore the message. Today i tried to transect on the account and i get a message that the" account is frozen". I called the customer help center and I was told they cant help because there are FICA docs not submitted. This is a month late i cant transect and I pay the fees for the service yet?
