After 3 months (since end Oct 2013) of frustrating lack of service delivery by the insurer and one of their service providers after my daughter was in a smash-and-grab incident with her vehicle, Chandre Bates of Auto & General finally took responsibility to solve the problem. She constantly kept me up to date and followed up every time she promised to.
With this great service she kept me as a client as I seriously considered cancelling all my policies.
