I had an account at nedbank, all was fine till i stopped working, i went to the bank to downgraded to a account that i could afford monthly, the guy who helped me at nedbank balfour park told me that he would trasnfer me to a lesser account which was the " transactional accounnt" but to my suprise i was still paying savvy charges and still paying per transactions.i was told to go back to balfour n lay a complaint there but all that is time consuming, i decided to open a new account and close the old one. the real problem begins, the lady who was suppoed to help me with that process sent my money which was in the old account into a wrong account, after i made it clear that i needed to use the money asap. faith then gave me the money at the tellers and said the rest would reflect the next day. the following day i hear nothing from faith n my money is still not in, i go by the bank and to my suprise fait diddnt even bother attending to my problem which she caused, now i checked my account n im being billed r83 for withdrawing inside the bank n r50 bank staTements... WHY WAS I CHARGED FOR FAITHS MISTAKES??? WHERE DOES THE R50 BANK STATEMENT COME FROM CAUSE I NEVER ASKED FOR 1???
