Somebody openned an account using my details. i went to the Eastgate Nedbank branch to lodge a compalint on the 27th of December 2014 and was told to get an affidavit. i got the affidavidt and the signature on the system is. Today the 21/01/14 i phone Nedbank to follow up and met bad attitude. firstly they kept transferring me to different lines and then they hung up. Nedbank is sending me statements on the account that i do not know. i want to name and shame Nedbank that it allows people to open accounts with out valid id documents as i never lost my id book.
