Most ineffective call centre in the world!!!

On the 18/12/2013 we lodged a hail damage claim with ABSA after we submitted it a month before online. For yor records. online submission of claims do not work. We received an sms to say that a contractor will be making contact within 48 hours Claim no 2505970. We even rceived the name and tel no of this contractor (Dipapala trading). Needless to say no one called us The wholeof december I was able to reach neither ABSA 0860 112 225 nor the contractor. Eventually on 06/01/2014 someone at ABSA decided to pick up a phone. I was given the email address of a team leader Elsabe Jacobs and told that no contractor was appointed. I sent an email to this Jacobs woman and amazingly the next day I received an SMS advising that a new contractor would contact me. On Friday 10/01/2014 the contractor came to my house and assessed the damages. I called his offices on Monday 13/01/2014 and was told that their report was submitted to ABSA. I have with no success spoken with anyone at ABSA. I tried calling them everyday from Monday. To top it all off I received notification that the Teamleader Elsabe jacobs deleted my email without reading it. Excellent service! I's impossible to get an update!!!
