WORST PATHETIC TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

In my whole entire life i've never seen such pathetic, terrible, horrible customer service where credit agent says YOU proudly and with confidence with no remorse, that was shocking.

i went there to check if i qualify for credit loan, went to Gugu's station table, when i got there she immediately said, didnt you hear the machine said no 017 i said i heard and i was looking for station 6, she replied i can cancel you number and call another number, i replied are you ok or family problems because from the beginning was rude and annoyed, i ignored her, told her that i want to check if i qualify for credit loan may you please help, she requested for my pay slip and i told her that i dont my salary advice please check, she replied in a bad attitude i cant check for you its process, she then said next customer without explaining why she cant check for me, she then said she doesnt have time to waste has other clients to attend, i was furious and angry told her that you dont deserve to work with clients she then said ME. i requested for a manager, she called someone who, s not a manager because they were trying to cover for her, i told the lady please call the manager.
