EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE FROM ABSA

After hail damage i reported all the damage on Monday 11/11/2013 they say a contractor will phone me the contractor said he could not help me i phoned on Tuesday they didn't lock my claim on Monday when i phoned only gave me a claim number on Tuesday they located contractor but nobody came out till 18/11/2013 BECAUSE YOU CAN NOT GET THROUGH TOO ABSA i tried, 14, 15/11/2013 my whole house was under water everything is stinking of the water damage my 2 year old daughter is struggling with her chest and asma i am very upset and angry you pay they take your money and this is how they treat clients not even the managers pick up there phones up too now still nothing has been done still raining in its now 2 weeks later.
