STILL no service from Absa Insurance

Last year on the 29 November 2013 i submitted a claim to Absa regarding hail damage to my roof. I first reported on Hellopeter the lack of service and response from Absa on the 13 December 2013. Since the first contractor who did not know what he was doing came, Absa sent another contractor on the 3 January 2014. This contractor has submitted photos and a quote to Absa who has done nothing about this matter. When i finally managed to get someone on the phone at the call centre she said she could not check if Absa had received the quote as i would need to call head office! She put me through to "head office" but just managed to transfer me to a geyser department (amazing) they naturally could not help so transferred me again. I have been on hold now for 45min plus. The incompetence of Absa has become such a regular occurence that it doesnt even shock anymore. All i know is the storms continue and my roof remains unfixed and soon Absa will be receiving another claim for much more expensive damage to the interior of the house.
