Poor service from Home owners comprehensive insura

On the 3rd of December 2013 I logged a claim with Absa Home owners comprehensive insurance claim department, whereby they appointed a contractor which never ever showed up for the appointment made by her to give a Quotation, why don't Absa follow up with the contractor? After two weeks of no success I contacted Absa again on the 12th of December whereby they informed me that the contractor has declined the job on the 12th, how is this possible Absa? The contractor phoned me and confirmed dates for quotation look at the delay they have caused. IT IS THE 18TH AND THE EXTEND OF THE DAMAGE HAS INCREASED WHO WILL BE HELD LIABLE FOR THE DAMAGE NOW?..NOW FINALLY A CONTRACTOR HAS PITCHED SUBMITTED HIS REPORT AND NOW A LONG WAIT FOR YOU TO APPROVE THE CLAIM... AFTER CALLING ABSA NUMEROUS TIMES ON THE INSURANCE CLAIM NUMBER 0102115912 HOLDING ON FOR 30, 40 AND 50 MINUTES THEY GAVE ME YOUR HEAD OFFICE'S NUMBER I AM HOLDING ON FOR 47 MINUTES NOW WITH NO SUCCESS... THIS SERVICE IS UNACCEPTABLE...

NEVER WERE YOU TOLD THAT IT TAKES 3 WEEKS TO GET A CLAIM SUBMITTED AND APPROVED..
