I am again extremely and utterly disappointment in the service from FNB, I sent a complaint on 06 January via your website regarding an application for an overdraft. You email response was that i will receive a reply within 2 business days.. ITS IS NOW 10 DAYS LATER, and still no reply or call. I don't know what the is going on with your bank but there is definitely a huge lack of service. You were very quick to give me vehicle finance for a huge amount but why do i have to struggle so much to get a measly overdraft from my bank who i have been with for almost 10 years. Since you are now 8 days late on your promised reply, i am giving you till 12:00 today to sort this out. You better get back to me and you better review my overdraft application or to another bank I WILL GO..
