Tebogo simply should NOT be in Premier Banking! He was very quick when I needed an overdraft on my account, the entire process took a matter of a day pretty much. But when it came to all other queries I had, simple questions, he would either take more then the stipulated 2 days for response time to get back to me or not at all. At one point I emailed to say I will be putting in a request to be assigned another PB when he quickly emailed, apologised and promised better service. I believe in second chances so I left it.
Upon taking the overdraft on my account I had requested that he reduce it by R3 000.00 each month where he said he has noted and it will be done. I have since sent him 2 emails requesting whether this has been done but still no reply. I strongly believe it hasn't been done and have therefore now fallen behind by R9 000 when I could have been half way through settling the overdraft! :o(( Instead I will be sitting with extra debt on my hands thanks to an FNB employee!
I have since put in the request to be transferred to another PB and is in the process.
Tebogo has played a large part in my losing faith in FNB Premier Banking.
