I have been with discovery for a good few years
I work hard to be able to afford there services and trust me I use almost all of them at one stage I beloved in there moto and things they offered
I fell this weekend and I called the call center to put in a claim for my reading glass that fell in to the dam when I was fishing to be told I am not insured but a not very polite women hoe for some reason keeps on cutting me off!
And not letting me finish so I say to her I need to amend my claim and add my phone in there as well as when I fell I landed on my phone so she says she needs to check the policy not sir I have read thru your policy and your not cover for the glasses we are sorry! Or sorry to hear u fell hope u ok So I say to her before u call a client back u should update your self with the client policy and when call them as then u can discuss what he can and not claim for she cut me off and not been able to pay out for my glass and been cut me off I am now off as well as she does not know the proses as to what will happen with my phone or how long it will take
And I am about to update my 750, 000 house policy to almost a million rand why do I bother!
