I have been a business client of FNB for the last 4 years. Business has gone from bad to a decent income sustaining entity. We applied to FNB on several occassions for an overdraft. I have been at the Claremont offices to meet my relationship manager to discuss how to become eligible etc as it is vital to have an overdraft facility.
The last application was done a few weeks ago and still we are awaiting an outcome. I have sent email upon email appealing for assistance on this matter, but do you think they gave a about me?
I then get a reply after sending in an application from a David character telling me that they do no send statements requested via email. I was like does this have to do with a complaint about service delivery? Firstly the bank then they have an incompetant person attempt to resolve a disgruntled clients matter... now freakin really now!
The service over the past few years has been pathetic and if matters are not resolved or my overdraft is not sorted, myself along with other businesses will be moving on.
