Very Unhappy Custome

I've been with FNB for years, am a Platinum account holder, we have been advise that our salaries will be late and I ask my Premier Banker to assist me with a temporary increase in my overdraft limit just for my debit orders to go off, I even supplied FNB a letter from my employer confirming late salary payment. Been waiting on them for about 3-days for them only to come back to me saying I've been declined. This is not the 1st time I've been let down by FNB. Being a customer of them they even couldn't give my a bond but Nedbank did, the same with Car Finance they couldn't give me finance on my car but Standard Bank did. So tell me what type of a bank is this? being their customer but they cant evens assist when you need assistance. I'm definitely strongly considering taking my business to another bank. FNB service, you good enough to be a customer and for them to receive your money but not good enough to be helped. I will definitely not recommend anyone to FNB.
