Transfer between two FNB accnts not really immedia

On the 2nd of Jan at 23:00 I transfered money from one FNB accnt to another in prep for the debit orders to run the next morning. money was out and into the other accnt.

In the morning I get the first SMS confirming debit orders run successfully and the balance correctly updated. about two house later at 10 am, I get another SMS, debit order unsuccessful, in half an hour I get an SMS confirming transfer to my accnt. then the balance.
Now this is confusing, as I now have an unpaid in my accnt but I did transfar money and there is still money in my account to cater for the debit. What I know is that between two FNB accnts a transfer is immediately reflected.
I visit a branch and the consultant there tries to contact home loans, he is also instructed that the funds should have been available. so home loans do not answer for them to reverse the charges. he puts a note for requesting reversal and said they will contact me on Monday as it was Sat.
Mon 6th Jan I get a call for the personal banker at festival mall branch and she advises me that the reversa will not happen as the terms and condition of using the FNB app states that the money will not be available. I search the net no doc.
