How can we help you... lose all your money

I've been banking with FNB for a while now. My wife and I both have our personal cheque accounts with them and I have my business account with them. I find it strange that when I do an inter account transfer, it reflects immediately. Everyday except the last day of the month. For example I transferred funds into my personal cheque account last night the 31st and the amount reflected. Today the 1st of November all my debit orders were rejected and I was charged a 138 rand fee, per debit order. On my profile it shows as the debit orders going off on the 31st and my transfer going off on the first. Second time this has happened. Supremely off. Guess il be making visits to find a new bank today!
