Good day
I have settled my VAF account with you guys, now you have debited my account with the normal installment. I was supposed to transfer that money to my FNB account to cater for my other debit orders. I have called STD Bank sometime last week and you've promised to refund the money before the end of the week> the money is still not in my account my other debits have bounced bank. Can you STD BANK refund that money IMMEDIATELY and stop being. And ensure when you transfer it you also cater for the money that FNB has charged me for unpaid debit ASAP. I need that money
