At 21h00 on the 1st july i transfered funds from my fnb business account to my personal account to cover my debit orders that would go off at midnight at 07h28 morning of 2nd july i received payment notification of my debits and my available reflected that the money had been deducted on my account at about 09h00 i log on to internet banking only to find that my account had not been credit with the money i transfered and that my debit orders had been returned as unpaid and that i had charged for it.i then contacted fnb and reported the matter i was given a reference number for my complaint and assured of the matter would be rectified as yet i have not heard from them, i have called many more times cause my accounts remained unpaid and my services were suspended due to non payment.
