Nedbank personal loans deducted their debit orders on my account on Friday the 21st whereas the contract that I signed with them states that their deductions must go off on the 25th of every month. This was such an inconvenience on my side because they deducted on money that I was suppose to use for my personal reasons. When I phoned them to report on the matter, a lady by the name of Saajidah Ebrahim, that was helping me said that they moved the debit orders to deduct earlier because of the public holiday on the 24th. My argument with them was that the public holiday falls on the 24th and I pay on the 25th which is not a public holiday. When I asked her to transfer my money back into my account, she said that the best they could do is transfer the money back by 5pm Saturday afternoon, I asked to speak to her superior and she said the superior was not available. I only got the money back into my account Sunday morning. I must say I was very upset and very inconvenienced at what they did to me. The reference number for the call is 8983777 & 8984934
