I experienced the unfortunate event where I ended up with different claims in a short space of time. One a mobile phone and the other Hail damage to my vehicle. On Monday the 13th January 2014 I contacted the Pretoria branch to log a claim I was informed that all consultants are busy and that they will contact me. After no response I then contacted the head office who routed me to the George branch and again I was told that my call will be returned. Pretoria still never returned my call to this day and George returned my call within a short space of time. The consultant was Marge Strydom who assisted me step by step as to what was required from me. Her response to my claim was prompt and feedback response time immaculate. My claim was settled within 1 day. She then took the initiative to assist me with my second claim and again communicated as to what was required from my side. Not once was her attitude negative with the extra work I was requesting for her to do. I am going the extra mile to note this on Hellopeter as she clearly went the extra mile for me. Claiming is never an exciting task, but it is people like Marge that make the process so easy. Thank you Marge.
