Thanks for messing up my credit profile! You!

This has now been an ongoing issue since November 2012 and I think this is the 3rd complaint I have made on here as well for the same things.
The mess actually started when my personal banker resigned but from there just snowballed!
In November 2012 I requested that my debit order dates be changed due to a change in my salary from the 25th to the 1st. Since that request for about 6 months Nedbank could never get it right to take the money on the correct date and hence it looked like there was always insufficient funds in my account between Home Loans and Personal Loans.
At one point in one month in January Home Loans took 3 debit orders on my house, due to my past experience with banks I always make sure that there is just enough money for my debit orders to go off otherwise I would have been R30 000 in the hole. To make it worse the next month Personal Loans too 3 debit orders.
This looked so bad on my bank statement that I requested Nedbank to give me a letter stating that this mess it theirs! Ha, you think the bank will ever take responsibility? Now they said due to my managing of my finances all credit will be revoked and the arrears is my fault! NEDBANK YOU!!! I am leaving
