How Can We Help You? - What a joke!

In the beginning of the month I went to Durbanville Branch to have my debit orders moved from the 26th to the 30th of the month as my employer has changed my pay date from the 25th to the 28th. They changed all except my credit card which they said could only be changed effective from next month. They asked if they could offer me a temporary loan to cover this amount and I declined.
Today I check my account balance and they have taken off monthly bank charges from my account which has not ever come off my account on the 24th since I don't get paid before the 25th, which no one has ever mentioned to me!!! Which now means I don't have enough money in the account for the debit order. This was at 15.30. I proceeded to deposit money into the account at the ATM and EFT money into the account and I phoned Credit Card, Temporary Loans (I no longer qualify for a loan??!!) and Telephone Banking Depts and spoke to 5 people, frantically trying to find a way to transfer funds so that the debit order wont bounce. Guess what answer kept resounding? WE CANT HELP YOU!!! This means I am now liable for R200 bank charges even though I tried to tell the bank. you FNB, I will be changing my bank.
