Poor In Branch Service from Gezina

I opened an business account on the 8th of January 2014 and had to collect my card as well as register for internet banking at the Gezina Branch, I waited for 15 min to be helped to get my card. I then was revered to the service counter where a lady called Edna were supposed to help my, after 40 minutes of waiting, I had to leave for a another appointment. I asked the personal walking around several times what is going on, with no answer. For a new customer this was such a bad experience. Customers need to be informed. I tried to phone the bank, no answer, or 30min, they don't have a manager as she is on leave.

ALL I need to do is register the business online banking account.
