I went into the branch to collect a card and to speak to my banker
I asked to see the banker, who was off. Understandable.
Went to stand in the queue to collect the card. There was a gentlemen also upset for waiting long
I had to leave for an appointment. Tried to phone the manager, was not available and I was told that the banker I could go see in the Bluff branch. 30 odd kilometers from there.
I went back later, stood in the queue for 25 minutes before I could get my card.
I left the bank, tried again to get hold of the acting manager. When I did, she informed me that there is someone there for personal banking, and that counter 5 was available for us.
Maybe they just forgot to mention it.
I actually try to avoid going into the branch, Not the first time I had a issue.
