Hi recently got a Samsung Note3 that was available on offer though my FNB gold cheque account. I went to the DOT FNB Store in cavendish square to apply and collect my phone. A couple of days later I get a debit on my account of R150 for a courier charge, meanwhile the device was in store and I collected. Apparently FNB realise that there is a glitch in the system with the DOT FNB stores and debiting the fee when it is not suppose to, What I dont understand is the fact that I needed to call to tell them. I was assured it would be rectified, so I called again and was told it has been logged as a complaint and in 24-48 hours someone will call me. IM STILL WAITING... can this please be sorted ASAP!!!
