FNB - DO WE REALLY WANT TO HELP YOU???

Does FNB Gezina Branch really want our business? On Tuesday 8 January 2013 we went to FNB Gezina to open new bank accounts. We were told to wait in the waiting area and after a while directed to the desk of one of the consultants. We sat there waiting at an empty desk for 30 minutes without anybody showing any interest in assisting us. We decided to leave the branch and phoned one of the branch's marketers still believing that we will get the"HOW CAN WE HELP YOU? " service. The marketer did not have her diary available and said she would phone us back to make an appointment. It is now two days later and we are still waiting for a call from the marketer. We then tried to contact the branch manager on Thursday 10 January 2013 but she was not available and we left a message. Needless to say at 15h15 the call was still not returned. We tried three more times to contact the Gezina Branch but every time the call got cut. It was also not possible to lodge a complaint on FNB's national complaints line as the system would not allow you to select 1, 2, 3 or 4 as requested by the answering machine. Does FNB now have enough clients and awards??? FNB - DO WE REALLY NEED TO HELP YOU???
