My previous report https:///first-national-bank/complaints/poor-service-1290093 has not been responded to, no one from FNB has phoned me or my sister. It is now almost one month since she reported the phone as an out of box failure, a week since they collected it.
No one has told her when a replacement phone will be coming, but she has gotten three calls from Digital Planet over the last week asking her when they can pick up the phone, even though it was collected last Monday. Does this mean it doesn't indicate in their system that the phone has been collected? What is going on? Do I have to get lawyers involved? Is FNB not breaching the contract by failing to deliver goods signed for?
