On Friday 12 July I wrote a report on Hellopeter regarding Cell C's absolutely disgusting service (https:///cell-c/complaints/my-first-contract-with-cell-c-rip-off-1137997). Cell C supplied a faulty phone, which I requested be collected and replaced. Well things have worsened
On Monday 15 July I spent 1 hr at the Cell C store in Hatfield trying to arrange for the defective phone to be collected, and finally late in the afternoon RAM collected the phone. Thereafter Sidefree assured me that a new phone will be provided to me by the end of the week (Fri 19 July). It is now Wednesday (24 July), and still I HAVE NO FEEDBACK on the phone. I Do not even have a OBF number!
I have send Sidefree many emails, he has not replied on any one. I have called Sidefree atleast 5 times this this week to check on progress, and he shows no interest in providing any quality service to customers. Each time he says he will call back, but he doesnt.
I have wasted enough time and money on Cell C! I am beginning to doubt, if this is their service attitude now, what will the contract duration be like! I am disgusted with Cell C and the indifferent attitude of Sidrefree. I need this sorted
