I hate FNB with a passion, their consultants are stupid and always unwilling to assist. They refer you to their up branches where you are asked to hold while they call the same call centre you called and they referred you to their branch. I have a temporary loan with FNB that is always giving me problems when I must pay it. My husband transferred R500 on the 3rd of Jan 2014 and I transferred R290 to the temp loan and this amount is nowhere to be found and no one can explain where this amount is. please review my statement and reverse all the amount FNB owes me. Since moving to this bank I have had numerous problems, I really hate FNB i cannot start to explain this. I have been inconviniensed, to and referred from pillar to post. Their consultants are stupid and arrogant, for me to get answers I must get my husband to call in becuase he is clued up on these things and he referred me to this up of shift bank, that I hate so much. I have never been this frustated by bad customer service, my expirience with FNB has been nothing but appauling. they should change their slogan to "HOW CAN WE WITH YOU? " i hate FNB. listen to Mokgomotsis call I dare you.
