From the time I've put through my claim ive had endless problems with DIAL DIRECT together with AUTO MAGIC,
the service I received from both companies is disgusting from a customers point of view
from day one we had problems with the claim
1st: they wanted us to pay 2x the access amount
2nd: the car was booked in with auto magic benoni and they given me a time frame of a week for them to sort out the car, after the week was done and when I went to pick up the car, half the things that was supposed to be done on the car wasn't done (17th Dec - 24th Dec) they had then said they will get all the remaining parts and contact me once done
its been 3WEEKS now and I still don't have any joy with both companies
the amount of times I had called them is crazy
promises are made but not kept
THIS IS NO WAY TO DEAL WITH THIS
Ive had enough and im done spending my time and money trying to get this sorted out
im just going straight to the news papers!!!
