CANCELLED PHONE NOT COLLECTED

I ordered a phone, but wanted it cancelled immediately upon delivery. I phoned the next day and asked if this was possible. I was assured that it was and arrangements were made to have the phone collected. It never happened. I am now several weeks and calls further, and the phone has still not been collected despite numerous promises that this would be done. Tell me where, and I will deliver it to you!!
