I purchased a Blackberry Z10 through FNB in February 2013 which giving problems in September 2013 I contacted FNB and got very quick response from Digital Planet who arranged collection very promptly and that was that. Eventually after almost 10 days I started in enquiring as to where the phone is I emailed FNB who promised to get back which never happened after another phone call a lady followed up and the next thing Digital Planet contacted me to say it takes up to 10 days and that the phone would be repaired again I waited for response but nothing. Eventually on about the 14th day a lady contacted me to say that they would be replacing the phone and that the stock would be coming in on the Thursday which was the very next day and they would deliver by the Monday. My response to this was why should it take so long to deliver when I am about 8km up the road from where Digital Planet is situated and offered to collect the phone her response was that she would get back to me as soon as the stock comes in. Lo and behold to my surprise the phone was delivered the very next day. Needless to say not a new phone but refurbished and still not working promised to collect Monday haha
