Bad after sales service

I recently upgraded my cell phone contract with MTN. I was impressed when my new phone was delivered within a day and a half from the upgrade telephone call. Unfortunately the phone stopped working on the seventh day of having it. I reported the matter at my nearest MTN service centre but they were unable to assist me as the upgrade was done via MTN Direct. I called them and informed them of the problem. I was informed that it was an out of box failure and the phone was going to be replaced. A courier would collect the phone and as soon as the confirmation of the collection was received my new phone would be sent. Today is the 19th day since I reported the phone failure and the only thing that has happened it that the broken phone has been collected. I still do not have the new phone for which I am paying and took a higher package to get. Considering that it took them a day and a half to deliver after the sale I think 19 days is a ridiculously long to wait for the replacement. I am not happy with MTN at all.
