I was involved in a motor vehicle accident on 14 January 2013. For 2 days I had to struggle to get through to the call centre because they always automatically put me through to their message centre, where I have left several messages to be called back, but to no avail. Eventually, I think I got through to the right persone on the 4th day, who understood my frustrations and she managed to get one of the consultants contact me. Thank goodness, we then managed to register the claim. Now the panel beating company that was authorised by Miway contacted me and asked me to contact Miway for authorisation for the assesment of damages/repairs. I emailed the consultant at Miway with the contact numbers of the panel beaters, with no response. Today I had to phone the panelbeaters myself and they advised me that my car will be written off. I am in such a panic, because I needed more clarity from Miway on this, therefore contacting them again about 6 times in a row (the call centre because the consultant's phone is always on voice mail, I have left a few messages for her). Needless to say, my phone calls were all cut off. I am so frustrated, please help.
