Called Miway to put in a claim on the 02nd December 2013 for a Mismart claim for minor dents and scratches and the agent has sent me 3 approved Panel Beaters, one of the panel beaters informs me they do not do Miway claims, the other informs me they cannot take in my vehicle as they are closing for December. Has received 2 quotations and sent it to Miway on the 4th December and up until this date I have not received any feedback with regards to my claim. Has even sent an email to Miway with regards to my claim feedback and requested an agent call me on but NO person has returned my call. Miway is full of they after services!!! This is just a small test to show in an event for a major claim imagine how they make customers hustle.
