I reported my bumped car on the 2nd of this month and a claim was registered then they asked me to send photos of my damaged on d 4th vehicle and I did since then I have not heard anything from them called a number of times even left emails for the guy but nothing, up to date my vehicle is not repaired and I called them yesterday and spoke to a lady that told me that must go to panel beaters in Durban n yet I am in Cape Town and then she promised to call with the correct details but she never did till now
please Peter for its almost a month now and I do not have transport
