Last week Tuesday we lodged a claim for our vehicle. We notified Miway tha the engine is in two pieces. After completing the report over the phone I received a phone call from Miway - Agent Frances- and was asked if Miway could tow my vehicle to the panel beaters to have the assessor assess my car. I stated that thats fine however if the car claim is declined then what. i will not pay for the towing, not the panel beaters or the towing back of my car. i will also not pay for holding fee for my car too. Frances stated she will get back to me and that the assessor will view the car in 4 to 5 working days. That 5th day was Monday!!! I phoned Monday and spoke to an agent and I am still waiting on a response.
Miway... No their way. They can help an old lady that a tree jumped in front of her car but not me. Why?
