First National Bank
No Access To Website

I have tried on numerous occassions to try and login to the FND website in order to have access to Internet banking, yet all times have been unsuccessful which is not something that a client would want to experience.
I have even tried using my laptop at home which still states that some fields required are invalid.
I feel that this service is pathetic as I was advised that should I need online assistance that it would be at a fee of R 52. Why should I pay??? When teh service provide is failing me by not providing a servoce that was promised to their clients for faster banking... i would like this matter rectified and assistance to the website urgently.
