On the 9th of Jan 2013 I requested a debit order for auto and general be disputed on my account as i had taken out new insurance and auto and general failed to cancelle my policy in time the consultant that assisted me advised me that they only have 30 days to dispute a debit order which is incorrect as they previously advised me that it can be done withing 40 days i completed the neccessary documentation and he said that somebody would contact me with feedback it has now been 3 days and nobody has since contacted me why must i always load a complaint with FNB before something gets done to my satisfaction.
