I Took out insurance for my Bond & the Consultant Contacted me for Insurance, I Took the insurance but the deal for the house unfortunatly fell through, but the insurance still went off, because of the deal falling though I did not leave any funds on the account, so the debit order bounced. I sent an e-mail on the 13 aug 2013 to cancell the policy & the replied via autoreply stating a consultant wll contact me in a couple of days. the 15th of August they tried to debit again & bounced again with a charge of R115. I Contacted them on the contact centre & gave a Refence number & said a team will look into it for the refunds of the Charges but up to Date do Response
