My insurance policy was moved to Auto & General without my knowledge or prior consent. Auto & General was provided with the wrong vehicle information. Auto & General debited money from my account without my prior consent.
The premium at Auto & General is exceptionally higher.
I have reversed the debit order and cancelled my insurance. I'm using as a medium to communicate with FNB as there was a lack of feedback with my previous complaint.
