I was covered by FNB insurance for two of my vehicles. This month a debit order went through from my account by auto and general. On enquiry I discovered that FNB insurance had transferred my cover to Auto and general. I am displeased as I was not informed by FNB insurance of this change and they gave Auto and general the wrong information, where only one of my cars are covered. I called auto and general and received no help. I then proceeded to cancel the insurance with auto and general. FNB insurance just left me out in the cold and failed to provide the services agreed upon on the contract.
