PATHETIC!!!

This is now the third time I have lodged a complaint regarding this. Reference number 300173NF. This is an extract from my second report:

Utterly Disgusted: FNB have failed to resolve this situation. We have been told that since we requested the account change, they cannot do anything in this regard. This I can accept. What I cannot accept, and what they fail to understand is that even if we did upgrade the account, THEY HAVE NOT PROVIDED THE SERVICE THAT IS TO BE EXPECTED WITH THIS CARD AND THE HIGHER FEES. Therefore is it not fair to be refunded for all these fees charged? I am seriously considering moving all my accounts to another bank.

Nothing has been done since then. My wife has also notified them that while this is being resolved, they should downgrade her account to what it was previously, but FNB have not done this and they are still charging her, still while not providing the service she has paid for. This just shows their customer policy and they are not interested at all in providing service.

WHAT WILL IT TAKE TO GET THIS RESOLVED.???
